Return and Refund Policy

At honeypack.nl, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables and hygiene products), honeypacks can only be returned if:

  • the packaging is unopened and sealed;
  • the product is unused;
  • the item is in its original condition;
  • the product is in its original packaging;
  • you have proof of purchase or order number.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

After approval, you will receive instructions for returning your order. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours via honeypacks.nl@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened or used honeypacks;
  • products with broken seals;
  • personalized products;
  • discounted items;
  • gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of the refund.

If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund is visible.
